I’m not so sure I can buy that, but there are a few relatively encouraging signs:
Trade Group Lifts Outlook for 2008
15 of the Top 100 Metro Areas See Lower Foreclosures than 2006
So maybe it’s not a bottom, but with JP Morgan buying lots from Lennar, Buffet buying shares in banks, sovereign wealth funds injecting cash into banks, maybe just maybe there’s hope we get out of this mess yet with a few bumps and bruises but not too much worse for the wear. Without hope, what do you have?
